Lying in bed will directly feel the spring, that is, when the mattress should be replaced. Lying flat on the mattress, the whole person seems to sink down, is the lack of support. Check whether the length and width of your mattress is large enough. Generally speaking, the length of the mattress is at least your height plus 15-20 cm. The width depends on the size of the room. In principle, it should not be less than 5 cm, but 6 cm is the best.
